Fontys University of Applied Sciences (hereafter referred to as "Fontys") offers the websites https://serviceengineeringlab.nland https://servicengineeringlab.com (hereinafter "Service Engineering Lab"), on behalf of the Fontys International Business School physical Service Engineering Lab. These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between Fontys as the administrator of the website and the non-registered and registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Users"). We reserve the right to change or amend the Terms and Conditions at any time at our discretion.
The information provided on Service Engineering Lab is derived from sources that may be considered reliable. However, Fontys cannot guarantee the correctness, completeness and topicality. The information given is only indicative. The information on this site can be changed at any time without notice.
Agreement
If the User registers and access or uses our services, the User agrees that he enters into an agreement with Fontys. If the User wishes to terminate this contract, the User can do so at any time by closing the account and no longer opening or using the services. This can be done by mail to lectoraatbusinessserviceinnovation@fontys.nl. The User also agrees that information will be provided to Fontys, such as your email address and name, and that Fontys can contact you.
Profile, password and security
The User creates a password and a user name when completing the registration process of Service Engineering Lab. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and is fully responsible for all activities that take place under his or her password or account. The User agrees to (a) immediately notify Service Engineering Lab of any unauthorized use of the password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure to leave your account at the end of each sessions. Service Engineering Lab cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from non-compliance with this section.
Messages and sharing
The User agrees that Fontys sends notifications and messages via the contact details provided by the User (such as an e-mail address or mobile number). The User agrees to keep contact details up-to-date. Through the settings, the User can determine whether he wants to receive Fontys mailings.
User data or content that is shared or placed by the User is visible to other users if he chooses to do so.
Liability
No rights can be derived from the information provided on this site. Fontys cannot guarantee that this site functions faultlessly and without interruption and accepts no liability for this. Fontys and other suppliers accept no liability for the contents of Service Engineering Lab and the information provided. Fontys also accepts no liability for the content of sites that have not been developed by Fontys and / or referenced sites or that refer to the website of Service Engineering Lab and / or consulted sources.
Fontys is not liable for any damage resulting from the use or inability to use Service Engineering Lab and the downloaded information, tools and / or website. Termination
The User and Fontys can terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying the other party. Upon termination, the User loses the right to access or use the services.

The Fontys Privacy Statement specifies how Service Engineering Lab handles personal data.
